Extruder: The extruder can be specially designed according to the raw materials of the user. HDPE adopts a new type of high-efficiency single-screw extruder, and PP/PVC adopts a large flat twin or cone twin extruder. 

Forming machine and mould: The forming machine and machine head have high precision, good module interchangeability, and can realize online expansion to ensure various performance indicators of the formed pipe. The circular double-knife cutting machine has excellent cutting accuracy. The entire production line adopts Siemens The man-machine interface control system has a high self-control function, and it can produce PVC reinforced pipes by replacing the extruder and related parts. This equipment has been widely used in Shanghai, Anhui, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanxi and other places and exported to Vietnam, Iran, Turkey, Poland, Russia and other countries.
