Extruder: The extruder can be specially designed according to the raw materials of the user. HDPE adopts a new type of high-efficiency single-screw extruder, and PP/PVC adopts a large flat twin or cone twin extruder.
Molding machine and mould: The molding machine and machine head have high precision, and the modules are interchangeable. The cooling method of the modules is water-cooled, which greatly improves the production speed. On-line flaring can be realized to ensure various performance indicators of formed pipes. The whole production line adopts Siemens man-machine interface control system, which has a high automatic control function. It can produce PVC reinforced pipes by replacing the extruder and related parts.
