Performance and advantages: Referring to foreign new technologies, the unit is optimized for design, which has the advantages of uniform plasticization, low shear rate, high output, and long service life. The unit consists of a twin-screw extruder, a vacuum calibrating table, a tractor, a cutting machine, a film laminating machine, and a turning rack. The host adopts imported AC frequency conversion or DC speed regulation drive, and the temperature control instrument adopts imported brands. The auxiliary vacuum pump and traction motor are all high-quality products, which are easy to maintain. After replacing the screw barrel and mold, the target foam profile can be directly extruded, and the effect is better than that of a single screw.
