Introduction: SJZ series conical twin-screw plastic extruder is an efficient mixing and extrusion equipment. It has the advantages of low shear rate, difficult material decomposition, uniform plasticizing and mixing, high output, excellent quality, good self-cleaning property, wide application range and long service life. The PVC powder is directly molded, and the effect is good. It adopts automatic temperature control, vacuum exhaust, oil cooling of the screw core, and two types of machine cooling, oil air cooling or oil cooling. The main motor and feeding motor can adopt AC frequency conversion speed regulation system or DC speed regulation system respectively.
